Job summary

TSMG is seeking Depot Specialists to support the daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across Europe. Based at a robotaxi depot, you will ensure vehicles are clean, charged, inspected, and ready for deployment, contributing to fleet readiness and safe customer service.

The role offers hands-on responsibilities, requires strong organization, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends or holidays. Training is provided; no prior robotaxi experience required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to drive electric and conventional vehicles.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for daily robotaxi fleet operations and ensure readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness, inspections, and charging before shifts.
• Monitor battery levels and charging schedules for EVs.
• Coordinate vehicle movement, parking, and staging in the depot.
• Perform basic vehicle checks and identify issues requiring inspection.
• Record vehicle status, charging information, and operational observations.
• Follow safety procedures and depot standards.
