Job summary

TSMG is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators (Safety Drivers) to support testing, validation, and deployment of self-driving fleets across Europe. You will monitor vehicle behavior, intervene when required, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure safe, compliant operations.

No prior autonomous-vehicle experience is required; we provide comprehensive training on driving systems, safety protocols, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed operational procedures with high attention to detail.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and commercial operations.
• Continuously supervise vehicle performance and traffic conditions.
• Take immediate manual control when required by procedures or safety rules.
• Complete routes in compliance with local regulations and company procedures.
• Report issues and maintenance concerns to depot and technical teams.
