Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, Global Trade Compliance - EU/UK based in Poland. The role leads the Europe and UK trade compliance function, developing strategies to ensure regulatory adherence while delivering value and cost savings.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional authorities to advance compliance initiatives. The position requires leadership experience, EU/UK import/export compliance expertise, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 3+ years or bachelor's degree and 5+ years trade compliance or related experience.
• Formal leadership experience (required)
• EU and/or UK Import and Export Trade Compliance experience (required)
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders both in written and verbal formats in English (required)

Responsibilities

• Mentor and oversee the professional development of the trade compliance team in the region.
• Support internal audits/assessments and track actions to closure.
• Maintain partnerships with third party providers to deliver executional excellence.
• Support maturation of regional customs footprint and oversight to meet KPIs.
• Develop and deliver country-specific trade compliance awareness training.
• Support regulatory advocacy efforts in coordination with Government Affairs.
• Serve as a liaison with regional regulatory authorities.
• Assist in implementation of risk management tools for imports/exports.
• Oversee regional Customs' Supply Chain Security Program.
• Provide local FTA guidance to energizer's global program.
