Job summary

State Street Corporation in Kraków seeks a Senior ETF Research Analyst to provide data and analytical support for the Global ETF Business. You will perform competitive analyses, return-based data work, and portfolio insights while supporting RFPs/DDQs and ad hoc data requests.

The role emphasizes strong numerical and communication skills, Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and investment strategy teams. Hybrid work with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• More than 5 years in a financial institution or finance-focused industry.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; VBA/Programming beneficial.
• Experience with Bloomberg, Morningstar, and FactSet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Competitive Analysis: Produce side-by-side comparisons; justify ETF positioning.
• Return Based Data & Analytics: generate return-based reports and data sets (holdings, returns streams, characteristics).
• Portfolio Analysis: deliver in-depth client portfolio insights and risk assessment.
• Ad hoc/SME support for RFPs/DDQs and other data requests; automate monthly/quarterly feeds.
