Job summary

State Street Investment Management in Kraków seeks an Officer to join the ETF Delivery and Oversight team. You will review ETF information across platforms and help maintain data quality for global ETF product lines.

Key duties include supporting ETF lifecycle events, handling inquiries, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure timely, accurate ETF delivery in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of ETF industry experience or related financial services role.
• Understanding of ETF products, lifecycle events, and operational processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Data Quality & Controls: support operational controls to ensure ETF data accuracy across global product lines and client deliverables.
• ETF Lifecycle Support: participate in launches, rebalances, identifier changes and other events.
• Primary Market Support: respond to market inquiries with timely, accurate information.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with Capital Markets, Product, Global Funds Management and ETF as a Service teams.
• ETF Knowledge Development: maintain knowledge of ETF processes and provide guidance as needed.
• Process Improvement: contribute to efficiency initiatives within ETF Delivery and Oversight.
