Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an M&A Senior Consultant for Cloud and Infrastructure solutions to support transformation and separation programs across technology landscapes. You will shape solutions, guide execution, and align with strategic objectives while working with international teams.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in IT project management and IT consulting.
Willingness to travel up to 20% within the EU.
Fluent English; German or other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end technology workstreams in strategic transformations and M&A transactions.
Contribute to technology strategy, architecture discussions, and system separation.
Coordinate complex infrastructure projects and manage client stakeholder relationships (C-level).
Produce high-quality client deliverables (presentations, assessments, business cases).
Translate business needs into scalable cloud and infrastructure solutions; leverage AI tools.
