Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an EPM Planning & Consolidations Senior Analyst for a remote role with access to the Warsaw office. You will support Oracle EPM applications, drive planning and consolidation improvements, and partner with FP&A teams globally to enable better financial insights.

The role requires 3+ years in Finance/Analytics, strong Excel skills, and experience with Oracle planning tools. This position offers remote work with occasional on-site collaboration in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in Finance or Analytics.
• Experience with Oracle applications (Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM) preferred.
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted partner across FP&A teams to consolidate, plan, and report on financial data.
• Provide functional support for Oracle EPM Applications and coordinate with Finance and Technical teams to meet business requirements; identify process improvements.
• Support the transition from On-Premise to EPM Cloud FCC, including requirements, testing, and training.
• Collaborate with Finance user community to deliver enhancements to EPM Applications via scoping, impact assessment, design, and testing.
• Partner with Leadership and FP&A users to maintain and deliver Planning functionality as requirements evolve.
• Manage FDM and HFM processes (Data Loads, Data Mapping, Month End Close, Forecast Consolidation, Certifications).
• Identify training opportunities to improve EPM Application support.
