Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Poland is seeking a Senior Analyst Financial Systems to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of configurable controls across SAP CFIN, S/4HANA, and core ERP platforms.

The role emphasizes testing, controls validation, and collaboration with audit teams. We are looking for strong finance knowledge, experience with SAP internal controls, and the ability to translate complex processes into robust control designs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, Accounting, Internal Controls, or related fields.
• Knowledge of risk concepts and financial compliance initiatives.
• Experience with automated controls and SAP configuration/reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, and improvement of configurable controls across SAP CFIN, S/4HANA, and ERP.
• Develop and execute test plans for configurable controls and align with audit requirements.
• Assist in designing and maintaining configurable controls inventory within CFIN/S4HANA processes.
• Analyze process designs to identify control gaps and risks, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Participate in design, implementation, and UAT with controls verification and global standards alignment.
• Lead or support workshops with business/process owners to validate controls and usage scenarios.
• Identify opportunities to automate controls-related activities and enhance monitoring efficiency.
• Leverage SAP and enterprise data to support controls analysis and trend monitoring.
• Collaborate with Controls/Compliance, Internal Audit, and External Audit to support audit readiness.
• Communicate findings and risks clearly to stakeholders at multiple levels.
