Roche Polska sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced R&D Solution Architect for Medical Affairs. You will design and govern enterprise solutions in Pharma R&D and Medical Engagement, aligning with product roadmaps and governance. The role emphasizes data models, integration patterns, and stakeholder collaboration in a regulated environment.

You will contribute to architecture practices, mentor teammates, and drive adoption of new technologies, while supporting a hybrid work model in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Solution Architect experience.
• Experience designing business-driven, standards-based, future-ready solutions within a specific solution context; Pharma R&D or Pharma Commercial is a plus.
• Experience maintaining the vision, roadmap, and current landscape for technical solutions, and assessing impacts on risk and application landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Designs solutions that satisfy product requirements, priorities and enterprise standards within a solution context.
• Solve complex problems, maintain product roadmaps, and assess dependencies and risks.
• Explain difficult information clearly and build consensus with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain the technology roadmap, provide technical oversight, and explore new technologies to enhance value.
• Operate within the Scientific Communications and Medical Engagement context, contributing to architecture practices and mentoring.
