Haleon plc. seeks an Enterprise Coach to shape how Agile operates at scale across Digital & Technology, driving a coherent delivery system and outcome‑driven governance. The role partners with senior leaders to improve predictability, value delivery and organisational learning.

Responsibilities cover system design, leadership coaching, portfolio alignment and capability uplift to move from fragmented Agile practices to a unified operating model.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in Agile, technology delivery and enterprise transformation.
• Proven coaching of senior leaders in Agile and systems thinking.
• Strong ability to diagnose system-level issues and enable sustainable change.
• Experience with Salesforce platforms and related delivery initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Agile maturity and system design across D&T.
• Coach leaders to adopt Agile-aligned behaviours and value-driven decisions.
• Ensure Agile is applied consistently at scale with governance and funding alignment.
• Enable portfolio, flow and demand management discussions across the organisation.
• Develop capability and mentor communities of practice in Agile leadership.
