Job summary

Haleon seeks an Enterprise Coach to shape how Agile operates at scale within its Digital & Technology domain. You will coach senior leaders, drive capability development, and evolve the operating model to deliver predictable value across the enterprise.

The role focuses on leadership behaviours, system flow, and decision-making, not just team‑level execution. This is a hybrid position with exposure to portfolio governance and financial oversight.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in Agile, technology delivery and enterprise transformation.
• Proven experience coaching senior leaders in Agile and systems thinking.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise Agile maturity and system design across D&T, focusing on the whole delivery system.
• Coach senior business and D&T leaders to adopt Agile‑aligned leadership behaviours.
• Ensure Agile principles are applied consistently at scale and integrated with Waterfall and hybrid delivery.
• Connect Agile delivery to business outcomes and value, guiding prioritisation and decision-making.
• Coach leaders on demand management, flow, and portfolio alignment to improve predictability and value.
• Develop capability across Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Product and Delivery leaders and foster communities of practice.
