Job summary

Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a Senior Engineer, EMP Customer/Supplier Quality in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. You will lead quality for externally manufactured products, drive 8D problem solving with suppliers, and support PPAP and industrialization from design to serial production.

You will collaborate with global teams to uphold stringent quality standards, conduct supplier audits, and ensure customer satisfaction. Hybrid work supports on-site supplier engagement and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Manufacturing, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or Quality field.
• Approximately 5 years in manufacturing, supplier or customer quality engineering; knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949.
• Experience with 8D, APQP, PPAP and Quality Core Tools.
• Experience with supplier/internal audits, new product development or quality improvement projects; knowledge of electronic or HVAC products is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; able to work with international stakeholders; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and reliability of finished products from external suppliers; enforce Danfoss quality requirements.
• Lead 8D-based customer and supplier complaint investigations; implement corrective & preventive actions.
• Audit external manufacturers; follow up on supplier improvements.
• Support new product development and industrialization up to PPAP and serial production launch.
• Collaborate with international teams to resolve quality challenges and improve processes.
