Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• End-to-end ownership of a product or subsystem.
• Ability to balance delivery speed, quality, and maintainability.
• Extensive practical use of AI across investigation, design, and review.

Responsibilities

• Build foundational capabilities for agentic experiences, enabling AI agents to securely discover data and execute workflows at enterprise scale.
• Design systems for high throughput, availability, observability, security, and maintainability.
• Apply AI assistants across design, implementation, testing, and code review.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical strategy.
• Lead an inclusive, high-performing team.
