Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Engineer in the Advanced Operations team in Poland to drive the development and implementation of new production processes and automation from concept to handover. You will collaborate across disciplines to improve quality, efficiency and performance.

You will lead PFMEA, SOPs, validation and documentation, mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with GMP-like standards. Strong English communication and a developer mindset are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or similar.
• Experience implementing new processes and production automation.
• Hands-on experience with vision systems and robot programming.
• Strong knowledge of PFMEA, SPC, MSA, DoE and other analytical tools.
• Proven ability to improve processes and drive results.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support design and implementation of new processes and technologies from concept to production handover.
• Conduct vendor assessments to select partners and technologies.
• Develop URS with stakeholders.
• Participate in PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP and PPAP generation for transfers and launches.
• Apply structured problem-solving to improve process performance.
• Lead machine qualifications and related validation activities.
• Coordinate creation of work instructions, SOPs, and documentation (PFMEA, control plans, SPC, MSA).
• Drive process validation and documentation with precision and compliance.
• Train and mentor engineers, technicians, and operators.
