Job summary

Stryker Group in Poland (Skawina) is seeking a technically seasoned Automation Engineer to lead advanced manufacturing initiatives. You will guide automation projects from concept to implementation, collaborate across engineering teams, and ensure compliance in a highly regulated production environment.

You will shape process validation, PPAP, and quality tooling while driving continuous improvement to boost quality and productivity.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a related technical field (ME/IE/Manufacturing) required.
5+ years in high-volume manufacturing, preferably MedTech or regulated industry.
Experience with process validation and PPAP.
Experience with GD&T and quality tools (PFMEA, SPC, MSA, DoE).
Experience with automation technologies (robotics, vision systems).
Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Lead complex engineering and automation projects from concept to implementation.
Provide technical leadership across manufacturing operations as automation SME.
Support production teams by identifying and solving process issues.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance process performance and quality.
Define user requirements, evaluate suppliers, and lead validation activities.
Develop and maintain manufacturing procedures and risk assessments.
Lead process validation and statistical studies, including MSA and DoE.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate processes with enterprise systems and train staff.
