Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite
Are you ready to drive the future of manufacturing innovation? As a Senior Engineer within the Advanced Operations team, you will be specialist across engineering disciplines, supporting the development and implementation of cutting-edge processes and technologies from concept to full production. Your work will directly impact quality, efficiency, and performance, shaping the way we create next-generation solutions.
What will You do
- Support the design and implementation of new processes and technologies, from initial concept to production handover, ensuring that all activities are completed and documented in accordance with the Stryker new product development procedures.
- Conduct vendor assessments to select the best partners and technologies.
- Develop comprehensive URS (User Requirements Specifications) in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Participate in PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP and PPAP generation associated with product transfers and launches.
- Apply structured problem-solving to continuously improve process performance.
- Lead machine qualifications and all related validation activities.
- Coordinate the creation of all essential work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation including pFMEA, control plans, SPC, and MSA studies.
- Drive process validation and documentation with precision and compliance.
- Train and mentor engineers, technicians, and operators, fostering a process development mindset across the team.
What do You need
- Proven experience implementing new processes, technologies, and production automation.
- Master's degree in mechanical, industrial engineering, or similar.
- Developer mindset: always looking for ways to improve processes.
- Expertise in automation of grinding, polishing, and forming processes is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of PFMEA, SPC, MSA, DoE and other analytical tools.
- Hands-on experience with vision systems and robot programming.
- Very good English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in MedTech, pharma, food, or other regulated GMP environments.
- Familiarity with NC/CAPA initiatives and engineering change processes.
Poland Pay Ranges: Poland, Skawina: 107.100 - 178.600 PLN gross annual

Work Flexibility
- Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.
- Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.
- Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.
- Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
