Job summary

You will lead complex automation initiatives from concept through implementation and validation, mentor operators, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve quality, efficiency, and equipment effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years in high-volume, regulated manufacturing.
  • Experience with process validation and PPAP.
  • Experience with automated manufacturing processes.
  • GD&T experience.
  • Experience with PFMEA, SPC, MSA, or DoE.
  • Professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering and automation projects from concept to implementation.
  • Provide technical leadership across manufacturing operations.
  • Troubleshoot process issues using structured problem-solving.
  • Drive continuous improvement for process performance, quality and productivity.
  • Lead validation activities and documentation, including PPAP where applicable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate processes with enterprise systems.
  • Train engineers and operators on new technologies and processes.
