Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering required.
• Experience implementing new processes and production automation.
• Hands-on with vision systems and robot programming.
• Strong knowledge of PFMEA, SPC, MSA, DoE and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new production processes from concept to handover.
• Conduct vendor assessments and select partners.
• Develop URS with stakeholders.
• Lead validations and document SOPs, PPAP, pFMEA, control plans.
• Mentor engineers, technicians, and operators.
