Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Staff Systems Administrator for the IT Operations Endpoint Engineering team. You will own endpoint strategy, security, and operational excellence across the fleet, shaping architecture, standards, and enforcement at scale.

Lead cross-functional initiatives with Security, IT Ops, and Platform Engineering, mentoring engineers and delivering durable runbooks and governance. Remote Poland-based role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience with endpoint platforms and security controls in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to lead cross-team IT Operations and Security initiatives with formal operating models.
• Strong capability to design enforceable endpoint security baselines and least privilege controls.

Responsibilities

• Define endpoint architecture patterns across management, security, deployment, and compliance.
• Lead major endpoint roadmap initiatives and integration efforts (Intune, Defender, Autopilot).
• Establish gold-standard implementation patterns and guardrails to reduce fragmentation.
• Drive endpoint hardening, least-privilege controls, and scalable governance.
• Provide cross-functional delivery leadership with auditability and runbook quality.
• Own escalation leadership for complex endpoint incidents and root-cause analysis.
• Produce executive-ready technical artifacts to support IT leadership decisions.
