This senior role focuses on ensuring a secure and operationally excellent endpoint ecosystem. Responsibilities include defining endpoint architecture, leading security initiatives, and mentoring teams.

The position offers a salary range between PLN 250,000 and PLN 374,000, alongside comprehensive benefits like health plans, flexible work arrangements, and additional time off.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated senior/principal-level experience using endpoint platforms and security controls.
• Proven ability to lead cross-team initiatives spanning IT Operations and Security.
• Strong ability to design and implement enforceable endpoint security baselines.

Responsibilities

• Define and steward endpoint architecture patterns across management, security, deployment, and compliance.
• Lead design and implementation of endpoint hardening and baseline configuration approaches.
• Partner with Security on baseline/security initiatives and disciplined work management.
• Configure enforcement, remediations, reporting, and deployment pipelines.
• Function as the final technical escalation point for complex endpoint incidents.
• Own the endpoint engineering standards and operational documentation.
