Relativity is seeking a Staff Systems Administrator to lead endpoint architecture, strategy, and security across the IT Operations Endpoint Engineering team. The role focuses on securing endpoints, enabling scalable deployment, and delivering operational excellence across the enterprise.

You will drive endpoint hardening, least-privilege controls, and cross-functional delivery with Security and Operations, ensuring disciplined governance and measurable outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• Senior/principal-level experience using endpoint platforms and security controls in an enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-team IT Operations and Security initiatives.
• Strong ability to design and implement enforceable endpoint security baselines and least privilege controls.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise endpoint architecture & technical strategy across management, security, deployment, and compliance.
• Lead design and implementation of endpoint hardening and baseline configuration approaches.
• Partner with Security to align on baseline initiatives and governance.
• Configure enforcement, reporting, and repeatable deployment pipelines to reduce operational toil.
