Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Staff Systems Administrator for IT Operations Endpoint Engineering. This role leads the strategic direction of endpoint architecture, security standards, and deployment patterns across platforms to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable endpoint environments.

You will collaborate with Security to align on governance, drive least-privilege controls, and champion standardized processes with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior/principal-level experience with endpoint platforms and security controls in large enterprise.
• Ability to lead cross-team IT Operations and Security initiatives with documented operating models.
• Design and implement enforceable endpoint security baselines and least privilege controls.

Responsibilities

• Define Enterprise Endpoint Architecture & Technical Strategy across management, security, deployment, and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership across major endpoint roadmap initiatives (Intune optimization, Autopilot improvements, Defender/Intune integration).
• Establish “gold standard” implementation patterns and guardrails to reduce fragmentation and improve reliability of endpoint fleet.
• Lead endpoint security baselines, hardening, and least privilege governance across platforms.
• Drive least privileged outcomes through engineered controls and governance models.
• Ensure endpoint security controls are enforceable, measurable, and scalable at scale.
• Partner with Security using a shared delivery model with documented remediation plans and auditability.
• Configure enforcement, remediations, reporting, and repeatable deployment pipelines to reduce operational toil.
• Establish staged rollout standards and readiness gates to minimize disruption.
• Serve as final technical escalation point for endpoint incidents and root-cause analysis.
