Job summary

ALTEN Polska in Katowice is seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Test Engineer to design, develop and maintain automated tests for embedded platforms. You will build and enhance Python-based test frameworks, test software components in Unix/Linux/QNX environments and validate networking protocols.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded systems testing.
Strong proficiency in Python and test automation.
Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux/QNX environments.
Good understanding of networking concepts and communication protocols.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for embedded systems.
Build and enhance test automation frameworks in Python.
Test software components in Unix/Linux/QNX environments.
Validate system functionality, with a focus on networking and communication protocols.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
Work closely with international teams in an Agile environment.
