Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an Electronic Engineer to design and implement low-level firmware for chargers and inverters, working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

You will develop bare-metal C software for power electronics devices, implement control algorithms, and collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize firmware on ARM microcontrollers. The role requires strong embedded expertise and presence at the Wroclaw office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in embedded C programming.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics (LLC, converters, PFC).
• Experience with low-level programming on ARM microcontrollers.
• Good understanding of digital and analogue electronics.
• English proficiency.
• Availability to work from the office in Wrocław approximately 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop bare-metal embedded software in C for power electronics devices.
• Implement control algorithms such as PID and feedforward strategies.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers and analyze schematics.
• Optimize and debug firmware on ARM-based microcontrollers.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain version control best practices.
