Job summary

Aritech is expanding its Firmware Engineering team in Gdańsk (Hybrid) and seeks engineers at mid to senior levels, with junior opportunities as well. You will contribute to security systems and accessories for the EMEA market, covering requirements, design, implementation, testing and production support.

Roles involve owning features, architectural input, and collaboration with cross-functional teams while developing embedded software expertise in C and C++.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field.
• Professional experience in firmware or embedded software development using C.
• Solid experience with embedded platforms and microcontrollers.
• Experience with ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers (STM32 or similar).

Responsibilities

• Develop firmware across the full lifecycle for embedded devices.
• Implement changes and new functionality on Panels, Keypads, and sensors.
• Work with bare-metal and RTOS environments including FreeRTOS.
• Debugging, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis with hardware tools.
• Collaborate with Hardware, Product, QA and Cybersecurity teams.
