Job summary

Aritech is expanding its QA team in Gdańsk and seeks QA Engineers across Senior, Mid, and Junior levels with strong foundations in electronics, embedded systems, and product quality.

You will validate security sensors, control units and peripherals across wired and wireless portfolios, performing lab and field testing to ensure functional, performance and reliability expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with device-level testing in laboratory and/or field environments.
• Experience with functional, performance, robustness and fault-condition testing.
• Good understanding of electronics and hardware systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate the functional behavior of security sensors, control units and peripheral devices.
• Test wired and wireless products across normal operation and real-world use cases.
• Validate device behavior during fault conditions, power-up, reset, recovery and abnormal scenarios.
• Design and execute functional, performance, stress, fault and robustness tests.
• Validate battery performance, power consumption and device stability.
• Perform environmental and reliability testing.
• Support RF performance testing and pre-certification testing for EMC and RF standards.
• Translate product requirements into test scenarios and maintain test plans and reports.
