Accenture Poland is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer to shape MCU firmware and AUTOSAR components for a Software-Defined Vehicle platform. You will own the technical architecture, discuss solutions with stakeholders, and contribute across design, implementation, testing, and documentation.

You will work with a code-first approach in modern C++ to advance embedded automotive software, focusing on continuous improvement, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of modern C++ for embedded firmware and driver development.
• Experience with low-level buses and interfaces (I2C, SPI, MDIO, CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Strong RTOS and multi-core development understanding with embedded systems.

Responsabilités

• Shape the architecture of MCU firmware and AUTOSAR components for a Software-Defined Vehicle platform.
• Own technical architecture and discuss solutions with stakeholders and customers.
• Design, implement and improve SWCs, including RTE, COM and PDU Routing; write tests and docs.
• Review requirements, architecture, design, code, tests and documentation for progress.
• Adopt a code-first, modern C++ approach in AUTOSAR development; foster learning.
