Accenture Poland is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer to shape the architecture of MCU firmware and AUTOSAR components for a Software-Defined Vehicle platform. You will integrate Linux, Android, QNX, AUTOSAR and Adaptive AUTOSAR in a code-first environment.

You will own technical architecture, design, implement and improve SWCs, including RTE, COM and PDU Routing, and work with lightweight tooling and modern C++ to support continuous learning and product evolution across embedded

Qualificações

• Advanced knowledge of modern C++ for embedded firmware and driver development.
• Knowledge of low-level communication buses and interfaces (I2C, SPI, MDIO, CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Strong understanding of RTOS and embedded OS concepts with multi-core development.

THE WORK

• Shape the architecture of MCU firmware and AUTOSAR components for a Software-Defined Vehicle platform integrating Linux, Android, QNX, AUTOSAR and Adaptive AUTOSAR.
• Own technical architecture and discuss solutions with internal stakeholders and customers, embracing challenges as opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Design, implement and improve SWCs, including RTE, COM and PDU Routing, as well as related code generators, tests and documentation.
• Review and approve requirements, architecture, design, code, tests and documentation while maintaining a commitment to constant progress.
• Work with a code-first, modern C++ approach rather than commercial AUTOSAR model/configuration tooling, supporting continuous learning and proactive skill enhancement.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office—depending on specific project circumstances. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Advanced knowledge of modern C++ (C++11 or newer) for embedded firmware and driver development, supported by extensive professional experience.
• Knowledge of low-level communication buses and interfaces, including I2C, SPI, MDIO, CAN, LIN and Ethernet.
• Strong understanding of RTOS and embedded operating system concepts, including experience with multi-core development.
• Experience creating C++ unit tests with gtest and gmock.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Knowledge of TriCore, ARM and POSIX.
• Experience with MISRA, CERT or other static code analysis standards.
• Experience with scripting languages, particularly Ruby or Python, PyTest, or knowledge of safety and security standards.
