Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a Senior Embedded C++ AUTOSAR Engineer to own MCU firmware architecture and AUTOSAR components, working with clients and colleagues to design and implement robust software. You will promote a code-first approach using modern C++ (11+) and lead multi-core development in a flexible, hybrid environment.

The role offers involvement with RTOS concepts, EGL/MCU drivers, and embedded safety considerations, along with opportunities for continuous learning and collaboration

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of modern C++11+ for embedded firmware and drivers (15+ years of experience).
Knowledge of low-level buses (I2C, SPI, MDIO, CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
Understanding of RTOS and embedded OS concepts.
Experience in multi‑core development.
Experience with gtest and gmock for C++ unit tests.

Responsibilities

Own architecture of MCU firmware and AUTOSAR components.
Discuss architecture internally and with customers.
Design, implement and improve SWCs such as RTE, COM and PDU Routing including code generators, tests and documentation.
Review and approve requirements, architecture, design, code, test and documentation.
