Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an experienced Electrical Simulation & Analysis Engineer in Poland to join our engineering team and contribute to the development and validation of complex electronic systems. You will perform advanced simulations of analog and digital circuits, develop models, and lead WCCA, SI, PI, EM and Transient analyses while mentoring colleagues and sharing knowledge across teams.

Hybrid work with in-person handovers and workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic circuit simulation and modelling.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital electronic circuits and relevant standards (SPICE, VHDL, IBIS, S-Parameters).
• Hands-on experience with tools such as LTspice, HyperLynx, Xpedition AMS, Ansys Electronics Desktop, Maple, Mathcad.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced simulations and analyses of analog and digital electronic circuits.
• Develop, validate, and maintain simulation models for electronic components and systems.
• Conduct WCCA, SI, PI, EM Simulation, and Transient Analysis.
• Develop scripts and automation tools to improve simulation workflows and mentor engineers.
