Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Technical Manager in the Technology team to lead an EIS implementation project. You will act as Technical Program Lead across multiple streams and interface with project coordinators and customers.

The role requires 8–10 years in IT, hands-on EIS experience, and strong Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, REST/SOAP, Kafka and OpenL Tablets knowledge. Remote work is offered with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of IT experience with BE/B.Tech/MCA.
• Hands-on experience in EIS – Policy Core / Billing Core / Claims Core / Customer Core / DXP Capabilities.
• Expert in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST/SOAP, Apache Camel/CXF, Kafka.
• OpenL Tablets experience is a plus.
• Ability to design integrations with external systems for EIS.
• Experience in Auto (Motor) & Home LoB implementations using EIS.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and client-facing communication.
• Insurance domain knowledge (Property & Casualty) preferred.

Responsibilities

Job purpose

We are looking for an experienced programmer or a person with managerial experience for the role of Technical Manager in the Technology team to work on an EIS implementation project.

Your client responsibilities

• Need to work as an overall Technical Program Lead to contribute in various technical streams of EIS implementation projects.


• Provide Technical Leadership to solutions, initiatives & teams to ensure the team delivers at the best possible level.


• Interface and communicate with the project coordinators.


• Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.


• Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects.


• Ensure regular status reporting to the Manager and project coordinators.


• Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed.


• Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis.

Technical skills requirements

• Must be an expert in core technical skills: Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Spring boot Microservices, Web Service (Rest & SOAP), Apache Camel - CXF, Kafka


• Good to have experience in OpenL Tablets


• Ability to design and provide solutions for external integrations


• Experience in Auto (Motor) & Home LoB implementation using EIS


• Good understanding of Agile methodology


• Excellent business communication skills


• Experience in Insurance domain – Property & Casualty


• Good to have experience in client facing roles
