Job summary

THG Poland, Magnice (Wroclaw district), seeks an EHS Advisor to maintain and improve Health, Safety and Environmental standards across the site. You will guide teams, perform risk assessments, conduct trainings and ensure compliance with legislation and corporate standards.

You will also support environmental and waste management activities, including BDO reporting, and drive improvements in safety, ergonomics and operational efficiency across the site.

Qualifications

• University degree in Occupational Health and Safety or postgraduate studies in H&S.
• Professional experience in occupational Health and Safety service; manufacturing experience a plus.
• Practical knowledge of H&S and environmental legislation.
• Knowledge of the BDO system for waste records.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties arising from legal requirements in Health & Safety.
• Develop and implement Health & Safety and Environmental standards.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and report non-conformities.
• Investigate accidents and propose preventive actions.
• Participate in occupational risk assessments.
• Conduct initial H&S training for employees.
• Manage personal protective equipment.
• Participate in projects to improve safety and efficiency.
• Maintain documentation and reports on environmental and waste management.
• Cooperate with authorities on H&S and environmental matters.
