Job summary

The PAC Group is recruiting Senior Process Engineers to support a greenfield e-drive line in Saudi Arabia. You will own process definition, qualification, and ramp-up on site for full-rate production.

Required: hands-on manufacturing experience, strong problem solving (8D/5-Why), PFMEA/PPAP, SPC/DOE, and cross-functional collaboration. English and relocation readiness are essential.

Relocation to Saudi Arabia for Sep 2026–Dec 2027, onsite only, with a competitive package and completion bonus.

Qualifications

• MSc or equivalent engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or related.
• 5–10 years of process engineering experience in high-volume manufacturing, ideally automotive powertrain or similar.
• Hands-on production-floor ownership of a process at rate; not only design/engineering.
• Strong knowledge of takt-based manufacturing, cycle-time analysis, line balancing, OEE, bottleneck analysis, downtime reduction.

Responsibilities

• Own the process definition for assigned perimeter (flow, cycle-time, windows, control plans, PFMEA, work instructions, change control).
• Lead equipment commissioning, SAT, DOE, and qualification runs; establish parameter windows.
• Deliver APQP and PPAP requirements for the area.
• Engineer to takt by balancing stations and eliminating bottlenecks and micro-stops.
• Drive ramp by converting scrap, rework, yield, and downtime data into a backlog and close gaps to full-rate production.
• Act as first-line escalation for production; lead 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, and Shainin analyses.
