Job summary

InPost Group is seeking an Senior Software Engineer (Dynamics 365) to design and build Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solutions and contribute to architectural decisions across international markets. You will influence engineering direction, mentor engineers, and advance platform modernization within a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

You will work on scalable Dynamics 365 implementations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape the future of our Dynamics 365 ecosystem while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure services.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and Agile delivery environments.
• Professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions supporting complex business processes across multiple teams and markets.
• Lead architecture and integration initiatives connecting Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems and Microsoft Azure services.
• Drive large-scale technical initiatives, including platform upgrades, migrations and environment modernisation.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of quality, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Champion effective use of AI tools and modern engineering practices.
• Represent technology initiatives through architecture reviews, technical discussions and community engagement activities.
