Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a Senior Disputes Specialist with Slovakian language proficiency to support end-to-end Order to Cash processes. You will liaise with local customers, analyze data, and drive improvements to resolve disputes efficiently.

The role requires strong analytical skills, multinational experience, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You will partner with OpCos and HGSS teams, ensuring compliance and timely data delivery in a dynamic finance environment.

Qualifications

• Slovakian language at C1 level or higher.
• English language at B2 level or higher.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven mindset.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash processes.
• Business knowledge including logistics considerations.
• Ability to translate root causes into improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a multinational/shared services environment.

Responsibilities

Senior Disputes Specialist with Slovakian

Your responsibilities would include:

• driving improvements, being customer oriented and using language skills to liaise with local customers and understanding their pain points
• using strong analytical and digital skills to create better insights, ensuring disputes are resolved and prevented from repeating in future
• demonstrating pro-activeness in improving customer satisfaction and reducing timelines for disputes resolution
• managing customers queries, solving and closing disputes and performing root cause analyses
• acting as a Business Partner to OpCos (e.g. Cash/ Pre Legal Collectors, Sales, Customer Service,) in order to provide timely and accurate data and ensure effective collections
• working collaboratively with other HGSS teams (MDM and other Front and Back Office teams) to ensure effective delivery of collection processes and that standards are being followed
• driving own personal development in Finance specific skills and business knowledge of implementing prepared development plan
• ensuring process controls, policies and compliance are adhered to and suggesting any improvements as appropriate
• maintaining complete and up to date process documentation.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Slovakianon at least C1 level
• English on at least B2 level
• strong analytical skills
• strong understanding of end2end Order to Cash process
• business knowledge including logistic part
• ability to translate rout causes into improvements
• written and verbal communication skills
• experience in multi-national environment (incl. Shared Services Centres)

• strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
