Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a capable RtR Analyst to join our Center of Excellence for Record to Report. You will execute day-to-day RtR activities, embed internal controls, and deliver standard financial reporting in line with group policies and local law.

The role requires 3+ years in accounting/financial analysis, IFRS knowledge, strong Excel, and fluent English. Hybrid work in Kraków with a collaborative One Finance Team and opportunities to grow leadership and finance skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day executing activities for RtR CoE.
• Embedding internal controls into processes and mitigating deficiencies.
• Delivering financial reporting in line with Group policies and local legislation.
• Providing analysis and explanations to OpCo for sign-off of financial statements.
• Providing analysis to OpCo for sign-off of Direct Tax returns.
• Facilitating external audits for Group and local purposes for all OpCos in scope.
• Maintaining rigorous controls to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Supporting OpCo finance team in interactions with Local Authorities.
• Addressing escalations from Opco Finance and Non-Finance Departments to ensure timely communication as One Finance Team.
• Driving personal development in leadership and finance skills per development plan.

Your responsibilities would include:

• day-to-day executing activities for RtR CoE
• demonstrating internal control mind-set and embedding internal controls into processes so controls are designed and executed effectively and any deficiency is mitigated
• delivering the Financial reporting processes in line with the Group and local Policies and Guidance and delivering all financial reports in line with HEINEKEN's Global Finance Policies & Procedures and local legislation
• providing all necessary analysis and explanation to OpCo to enable them to sign off all required financial statements
• providing all necessary analysis and explanation to OpCo to enable them to sign off all required Direct Tax returns
• facilitating external audit for Group and local purposes for all OpCos in scope
• managing effective and rigorous controls to ensure full compliance with policies, procedures, and Global & Local Accounting standards
• supporting OpCo finance team in interactions with the Local Authorities, leveraging the team in HGSS Transactional Services
• supporting resolution of any escalation done by Opco Finance and Non-Finance Departments for resolution – ensuring open and timely communication as One Finance Team
• driving own personal development in leadership, finance-specific skills, and business knowledge by implementing his/her development plan.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• good knowledge of IFRS
• excellent organisational and time-management skills
• detail-oriented mindset and ability to focuse on quality
• very good Excel skills
• collaborative skills allowing to effectively manage the relationship with the key stakeholders, both internal and external
• very good written and verbal English.
