Job summary

SimCorp seeks a Senior Director, Enterprise Applications to own strategy, governance, and health of Workday and Salesforce. You will partner with business functions to ensure secure, compliant operations and lead a transformation including migrating processes from Workday to SAP S/4HANA with a 2027 go-live.

You will manage a leadership team, influence global IT priorities, and drive continuous improvement in platform capabilities to boost efficiency and user experience while maintaining

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in enterprise applications.
• Experience with Workday and Salesforce preferred.
• Strong governance and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy for Workday and Salesforce.
• Chair governance forums with key stakeholders.
• Ensure stability, security, and availability of platforms.
• Oversee end-to-end integrations across Workday, Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA.
• Manage vendor relationships and licensing agreements.
