Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS, Business Management, Sales Ops, or related field.
• 4+ years in Data Management, Data Operations, or Sales Ops.
• Strong SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data.
• Advanced Salesforce CRM knowledge (objects, data relationships, reporting).
• Experience building Sigma Dashboards or Tableau to track KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Data Stewardship: day‑to‑day data analysis, quality control, and servicing internal stakeholders.
• Reporting Solutions: develop data conversion processes replacing manual workflows.
• Cross‑Functional Leadership: data flow between Salesforce and Snowflake.
• Process Improvement: identify gaps and design scalable health processes.
