Job summary

SimCorp is seeking a Finance Application Specialist - Workday on a fixed-term contract. The role involves supporting finance teams globally, optimizing Workday-based processes, and driving standardization and automation across finance operations. The position requires finance or IT credentials and Workday experience.

The role embraces a hybrid model with two days in the office (Warsaw or Manila) per week and collaboration with IT and HR teams to maximize Workday value.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in finance or IT.
• Minimum 1–2 years Workday experience in Finance.
• At least 2–3 years in finance or ERP support.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of best-practice finance processes around Workday Finance.
• Promote usage of Workday through documentation, training and communication.
• Review finance processes and identify opportunities for standardization and automation.
• Work on backlog items, changes, and new releases for Workday.
• Coordinate with other Corporate Functions to ensure efficient Workday operations.
• Document processes with flowcharts, descriptions and user guides.
