Job summary

First Advantage Corporation seeks a Senior Director of Data Analytics to lead our BI strategy, data models, and dashboards across Power BI, Looker, and Redshift. You will shape analytics roadmaps, mentor teams, and partner with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to deliver measurable business value.

The role requires 10+ years in analytics with 5+ in leadership, strong SQL/Python/R knowledge, and cloud data platform experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, CS, statistics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in data analytics/BI with 5+ years in leadership.
• Deep expertise in Power BI (DAX), Looker, and Redshift.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of BI solutions using Power BI, Fabric, Looker, and Redshift.
• Develop complex data models, reports, and dashboards; optimize analytics platforms.
• Mentor a high-performing team of analysts, developers, and engineers.
