Job summary

First Advantage seeks a Senior Director of Data Analytics to lead data analytics initiatives with a strong BI focus. The role emphasizes Power BI, DAX, Looker, and Redshift, guiding analytics strategy and team growth across the company.

The ideal leader will mentor analysts and engineers, collaborate with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations, and drive data governance and literacy. Onsite in Krakow with monthly in-person engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data analytics/BI with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Extensive hands-on Power BI with DAX.
• Experience with Looker and Redshift.
• Strong data modeling, ETL, and warehousing knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and ability to scale analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of BI solutions using Power BI and Fabric.
• Develop complex data models, reports, dashboards using DAX.
• Define analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
• Mentor a team of data analysts, BI developers, and data engineers.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Marketing, Ops to deliver analytics.
• Set data governance, quality, security practices.
• Stay abreast of BI tech and evaluate new platforms.
• Communicate insights to executives clearly.
• Integrate data from multiple sources into unified platforms.
• Promote data literacy across the organization.
