Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Training Specialist to transform complex process knowledge into digital learning experiences within our Finance Shared Services project. You will partner with SMEs and process owners to design scalable training materials and ensure consistency across international teams.

Responsibilities include creating engaging assets using PowerPoint, Synthesia, and Scribe, and driving continuous improvement across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital learning content development or a similar role.
• Hands-on with Microsoft PowerPoint, Synthesia, and Scribe for learning materials.
• Ability to transform complex business processes into clear learning content.
• English proficiency at B2 level for international collaboration.
• Residence in Poland and availability to work within the Polish market.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning assets such as presentations, training materials, visual guides, and short-form content.
• Transform existing Finance Shared Services documentation into modern, user-friendly learning experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs, process owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and coordinate reviews and approvals.
• Create and maintain training videos using PowerPoint, Synthesia, and Scribe ensuring high quality and consistency.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of learning content across teams and locations.
