Senior Training Specialist role with Sii Poland on a Finance Shared Services project. You will transform complex process knowledge into engaging digital learning experiences and collaborate with SMEs and process owners to create scalable materials.

You will develop training videos and assets using PowerPoint, Synthesia, and Scribe, ensuring consistency across international teams in a dynamic global environment. English proficiency and Polish market familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital learning content development, instructional design, e-learning creation, or similar

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning assets including presentations, training materials, visual guides, and short-form content
• Transform Finance Shared Services documentation into modern learning experiences
• Collaborate with SMEs, process owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and coordinate reviews
• Create and maintain training videos using PowerPoint, Synthesia, and Scribe with high quality and consistency
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of learning content across teams and locations
