Job summary

Infosys Poland seeks an experienced F&A Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver domain training programs across Europe, with a focus on improving client value and service quality.

You will partner with client engagements to elevate F&A service delivery, share knowledge, and drive process improvements, including maturity assessments and digital initiatives, while supporting European operations.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4-6 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (F&A) domain.
• Strong process expertise in the F&A domain.
• Degree in Finance & Accounting or related field; additional certifications or courses are an asset.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated focus on process improvement and continuous optimization
• Strong motivation to share knowledge and support the development of others
• Ability to effectively balance training responsibilities with standard FCOE and delivery support activities
• Proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Training background is considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation and contribute domain expertise to enhance service delivery and client value
• Partner with client engagements to deliver best-in-class F&A services, including consultancy and targeted interventions
• Recommendations for F&A process improvements (including deep process analysis, maturity assessment and digital aspects)
• Support European F&A operations from a functional and practice (horizontal) perspective
• Manage and continuously improve the Domain Training Program, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality F&A training programs (general, domain, and process-specific)
• Prepare and continuously update training materials to reflect process changes, best practices, and client requirements
• Conduct training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure effective learning outcomes
• Ensure adequate knowledge levels and capability development across program participants
• Support engagements in the development and delivery of PPM (Project/Process Management) artefacts
