You will drive AI-powered and scalable digital solutions across multiple touchpoints, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless, personalized experiences while ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience delivering software, IT or digital solutions.
- Proven experience leading global, cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English.
- PMP or equivalent certification required.
- Experience with AI-powered digital initiatives and data privacy considerations.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital projects from idea to delivery, translating business and customer needs into impactful solutions.
- Build business cases and govern approval processes for new initiatives.
- Oversee delivery of digital solutions across websites, apps, eCommerce, ERP and CRM.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, UX/UI, Engineering, Data and IT.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, regulatory requirements; track KPIs and outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement of digital platforms and customer-facing processes.
