Job summary

Sonova Group in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Digital Experience Project Manager to lead complex, global digital initiatives that shape the next generation of customer experiences in hearing health.

You will drive AI-powered and scalable digital solutions across multiple touchpoints, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless, personalized experiences while ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience delivering software, IT or digital solutions.
• Proven experience leading global, cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English.
• PMP or equivalent certification required.
• Experience with AI-powered digital initiatives and data privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital projects from idea to delivery, translating business and customer needs into impactful solutions.
• Build business cases and govern approval processes for new initiatives.
• Oversee delivery of digital solutions across websites, apps, eCommerce, ERP and CRM.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, UX/UI, Engineering, Data and IT.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, regulatory requirements; track KPIs and outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement of digital platforms and customer-facing processes.

Senior Digital Experience Project Manager

As our Senior Digital Experience Project Manager, you will lead complex, global digital initiatives that shape the next generation of customer experiences in hearing healthcare.

You will drive AI-powered and scalable digital solutions across multiple touchpoints, helping customers and partners access seamless, personalized and connected experiences.

You’ll work at the intersection of business, technology, customer experience and digital innovation, bringing teams together and turning ideas into impactful solutions.

More about the role :

• Lead digital projects form idea to delivery , translating business and customer needs into impactful digital solutions

Build business cases and lead governance and approval processes for new digital initiatives.

Manage the delivery of digital solutions across areas such as websites, apps, eCommerce, ERP and CRM.

Bring together cross‑functional teams including Marketing, Brand, UX/UI, Engineering, Data, Security, QA, CX and IT.

Ensure projects meet AI, data privacy, security, regulatory and compliance requirements.

Track project progress, budgets, resources, KPIs and business outcomes.

Support change management, training and user adoption.

Manage external vendors, technology evaluations, contracts and procurement.

Drive continuous improvement of digital solutions and customer‑facing processes.

More about you :

8+ years of project management experience, ideally delivering software, IT or digital solutions.

Proven experience leading complex, global projects and cross‑functional teams.

Strong experience working across different functions, markets and cultures.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong project management experience within digital, eCommerce or digital marketing environments.

Experience working with enterprise technologies and ERP/CRM integrations.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

A proactive mindset and passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

• Project management certification such as PMP.

Fluency in English.

Nice to have

Experience in hearing healthcare, MedTech or a similar regulated industry.

Experience with Agile project management, UX or analytics.

Experience driving organizational change and digital adoption.
