Job summary

Sportradar in Warsaw is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to strengthen security across our software delivery. You will blend security expertise with engineering thinking to embed controls into pipelines, secure cloud and Kubernetes environments, and drive risk-based vulnerability management.

You’ll collaborate with Platform, Engineering and Product teams to scale secure-by-design practices. The role requires hands-on DevSecOps, cloud security, and strong communication to influence a global

Qualifications

Proven experience in DevSecOps, Security Engineering or Cloud Security.
Strong understanding of modern software development practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience securing cloud-native environments, preferably AWS.
Experience with Kubernetes and container security.
Experience implementing security controls within software delivery pipelines.
Strong understanding of vulnerability management processes and remediation workflows.
Good knowledge of application security concepts and OWASP Top 10.
Experience collaborating with engineering teams in advisory or security engineering roles.

Responsibilities

Embed security controls into the software development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
Improve cloud and Kubernetes security posture and conduct risk-based vulnerability management.
Provide application security guidance across the development lifecycle and remediation recommendations.
Contribute to security tooling and automation within development and operations environments.
Collaborate with Engineering, Platform and Product teams to scale secure-by-design practices.
