Job summary

Sportradar is seeking a Lead DevSecOps Engineer to join our Information Security team in Warsaw. You will integrate security into engineering workflows, drive secure development practices, and enhance cloud/Kubernetes security across our tech stack.

The role blends security expertise with engineering mindset, collaborating with Platform, Central Engineering and development teams to scale secure delivery in a global organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in DevSecOps, Security Engineering, Application Security or Cloud Security.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience securing cloud-native environments, preferably AWS.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container security.
• Experience implementing security controls within software delivery pipelines.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management processes and remediation workflows.
• Good knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and secure development practices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Secure SDLC and DevSecOps practices across engineering teams.
• Embed security controls and automated security testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure security requirements are integrated from design to deployment.
• Partner with engineering teams to enable secure-by-design development.
• Support security automation and continuous improvement across pipelines.
• Enhance cloud security posture management capabilities and secure AWS environments.
• Improve Kubernetes security posture with controls, monitoring and best practices.
