Sportradar is seeking a Manager of DevSecOps & Application Security to lead a team focused on secure software delivery, cloud/Kubernetes security, vulnerability management and security tooling. You will partner with Engineering, Platform Engineering, Product and Information Security leadership to define strategy, priorities and roadmaps for secure software development across the organization.

• Experience leading DevSecOps, AppSec and security engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of SSDLC, threat modeling and secure design.
• Leadership in security strategy, roadmaps and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor DevSecOps and AppSec professionals to achieve security goals.
• Define vision and roadmap for DevSecOps and application security.
• Establish security review, threat modeling and secure design processes with engineering teams.
• Integrate security controls into CI/CD and automate security testing.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering to strengthen cloud and Kubernetes security.
• Own risk-based vulnerability management and remediation governance.
• Engage with engineering leadership to communicate security priorities to executives.
