Job summary

Coupa Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lead Cloud Platform Engineer in Poland to architect and optimize CI/CD for a large, containerized infrastructure across 140+ Kubernetes clusters.

You will design automated, secure deployment pathways that accelerate release velocity while upholding security and operational excellence. You will drive GitOps adoption, improve pipeline performance, and mentor engineers in DevOps best practices and CI/CD architecture.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing enterprise CI/CD pipelines for microservices.
• Deep expertise with GitOps in Kubernetes environments.
• Proficient in scripting languages and IaC tools, with a security-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for an enterprise Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Lead adoption of GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux) for declarative deployments.
• Optimize pipelines, reduce build times, and remove manual steps.
• Incorporate security scanning, quality gates, and observability into pipelines.
• Collaborate with Platform/Engineering teams for smooth integration.
• Mentor engineers on DevOps practices and GitOps.
